Brian Reilly holds the position of vice president of field operations. In this role, he is responsible for the management of all retail operations field personnel and all phases of field training. In addition, he oversees equipment rental and temporary labor acquisition, as well as the logistical management of field employees including job scheduling and tracking. Brien joined DAVACO in 2005 as a project manager and was promoted to director of field operations in 2006. Reilly previously worked for JCPenney Company for twenty-four years, where he held several positions including project manager, store merchandising planning manager, district special events and planning manager, and district business planning manager for various divisions such as hard home, women’s accessories, intimate apparel and cosmetics. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shepherd University in West Virginia.
