Don Williams
Vice President of Operations
Don Williams holds the position of vice president of operations and is responsible for the management of DAVACO’s apparel and brand development division. Since joining DAVACO in 2006 as a project manager, he has also held the position of director of operations. Don previously worked for JCPenney for 20 years, where he held several management positions in which he was responsible for managing in-store execution for 1000+ stores, consulting on store environment issues like floor layouts, managing promotional events, and coordinating the company’s merchandise plans to achieve territory sales goals. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri in Columbia.
