John Rodarte
Director of Field Operations
John Rodarte joined DAVACO in 1995 and currently serves as director of field operations. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing all field personnel, including the logistical management of job scheduling and tracking. In addition, he oversees equipment rental and temporary labor acquisition. During his tenure at the company, he has held a variety of other positions, including senior divisional operations manager, field training manager and lead installer. John previously held positions for various contractors in California working as a carpenter and foreman.
