Jerry Zemanski
Director of Cost Management
Jerry Zemanski currently serves as director of cost management. He is responsible for managing the estimating process and developing pricing proposals for all of DAVACO’s retail and restaurant clients. This includes assessments of work scope, labor needs, solicitation and qualification of sub-contractor bids and securing state general contracting licenses. Jerry has previously held a variety of senior-level estimating positions for Kajima Construction Services, The United States Army Corps of Engineers and, most recently, for Gray Construction. Jerry graduated from The United States Army Engineer School at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. He has earned two Army Achievement Medals for outstanding service as an engineer and team leader.
