Lisa Collins
Director of Human Resources

Lisa Collins is the director of human resources. In this role, she is responsible for all human resources functions, including recruiting, benefits and insurance programs, and the administration of all policies and procedures across the company. Prior to joining DAVACO, Lisa served as human resources director at Baylor Health Care System, where she directed the assessment and evaluation of organizational effectiveness and employee retention across locations and facilities. Lisa earned a Juris Doctor in employment law and labor at Texas Wesleyan School of Law, a Master of Arts in organizational development from Amberton University and a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Colorado State University.
