Mark Roberson joined DAVACO in 1990, and currently holds the position of vice president of field recruiting and development. In this role, he oversees the recruitment of retail and restaurant professionals across the country, as well as manages the administration and completion of ongoing employee development and career advancement programs. As one of the company’s first employees, Mark has held various management positions, in which he has directed field operations, including job scheduling, training, equipment rental, temporary labor acquisition and other logistical processes involved with the execution high-volume programs for DAVACO’s clients. Prior to DAVACO, Mark owned and operated RobCo Construction, a regional general contracting firm that specialized in high-end residential and light retail construction for 14 years.
