Thomas Sacco
Vice President of Restaurant Operations
Thomas Sacco holds the position of vice president of restaurant operations. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the project management and execution of programs for DAVACO’s quick-service and casual dining restaurant clients. Thomas joined DAVACO in 2007 as the director of restaurant operations. Prior to joining DAVACO, he held positions for FOX Sports Grill and BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. Thomas has held a variety of management positions including vice president of operations for Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and chief operating officer at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Niagara University.
