Information Collected by DAVACO

In order to participate in DAVACO, Inc. bids, all Members agree to restrictions on how the information can be used. The DAVACO, Inc. Request for Quote (RFQ) and bidding screens will ask you to provide certain information that will be used for soliciting, managing, and finalizing bids. Some of this information will be made available to those participating in bids while other information will be disclosed in a more limited manner.

In the course of using DAVACO, Inc. services, including this Site, certain information is automatically collected. This information includes connecting URLs, the type of browser you are using and your Internet address. Your membership and user ID can be used to identify your activities in using the Service and throughout the DAVACO, Inc. Site, including monitoring your bidding and selling habits. We use Web browser "cookies" (which are installed automatically on your computer) on a limited basis, mainly, but not exclusively, to store certain registration information and your password so you are not required to re-enter it each time you visit our Site.

We will generally not supply personal information concerning our Members to unaffiliated third parties. Members may not add contact information about other Members to their own internal mailing list without the prior, written and informed consent of that Member.

Passwords
Members are not allowed to share their passwords with any unauthorized third parties or use their passwords for any unauthorized purpose. If a Member loses control of his or her password, that Member may lose control over their sensitive information on the DAVACO Site. Members are completely responsible for any bids or other actions that take place via the Service using their password, whether or not they are aware of such actions. If you believe that your password has been stolen or otherwise compromised, it is your responsibility to contact DAVACO immediately.

Changes and Modifications to Information
Upon request, DAVACO, Inc. will use reasonable efforts to permit Members to update and correct information previously provided. DAVACO, Inc. gives Members the following options for changing and modifying information previously provided:
