Former Blockbuster President & COO Gerald Geddis To Head Up Operations Division

DALLAS – February 7, 2002 - Fixture Perfect International Inc. ( FPI ), a leading provider of turnkey retail development services, announces the addition of Gerald Geddis as its new chief operating officer. Geddis brings extensive management and retail experience to the company, including nine years with Blockbuster Entertainment where he served as president and COO.

As chief operating officer, Geddis will oversee the operations division of FPI responsible for developing vertical integration strategies, business processes and customer relations programs to enhance the company's existing growth and service capabilities. His team will include logistics, operations, retail services, merchandising and sourcing departments.

Geddis served in various management roles while at Blockbuster, including worldwide operation president and COO of Blockbuster Entertainment. He was responsible for overseeing 5,000 profitable retail stores, development of four international divisions in Europe, Australia, Asia, Canada and Mexico/South America, and introduction of several new company initiatives. He spent the first 17 years of his career with Tandy Corp./Radio Shack working through all levels of field management and was responsible for sales growth and profits for the growing national retailer. Prior to joining FPI , Geddis was co-founder, president and COO of Gerald Stevens Inc., a start-up flower and gift registry retail organization.
