Davaco Executive to Address Attendees of TheSTORE 2003 Conference
Dallas, TX - February 13, 2003 - DAVACO,
Inc., the leading provider of high-quality total retail services
and solutions, today announced that executive vice president
of sales, Paul Hamer, will address the International Mass
Retail Association's (IMRA) annual spring conference, “TheSTORE
2003,” to be held at the Caribe Royale resort in Orlando,
Florida from February 11-14, 2003
TheSTORE 2003 conference is the mass retail industry's premier
annual event for store operators, store planners and designers,
visual merchandisers and human resource executives. On Thursday,
February 13, Hamer will present, “Project Management: To Outsource
or Not to Outsource…that is the Question!” This presentation
will provide valuable insight to industry trends, the pros
and cons of outsourcing and tips on how to determine if outsourcing
is right for a particular organization.
“In today's challenging economy, retail executives are having
to take a more sophisticated approach toward project management,
often engaging in collaborative relationships with outsource
business partners to create high-performance support operations
that keep in pace with industry best practices,” said Paul
Hamer, executive vice president of sales, Davaco. “However,
some organizations must take a step back and evaluate their
project management needs and then determine if outsourcing
is the answer best suited to their specific needs. During
my session at TheSTORE 2003, I will give attendees the opportunity
to learn about solutions that may be able to increase workflow
efficiencies, integrate industry best practices, and, more
importantly, help boost bottom line results in a soft economy. ”
