DAVACO Announces Executive Promotions

Leadership to improve overall customer satisfaction, expand customer reach, and identify growth markets

Dallas, TX - May 15, 2003 - Davaco, the retail industry's leading single-source partner for the management and execution of new stores, remodels/resets and high-volume rollouts, today announced the promotion of four key executives: F.L. Chase, vice president of operations; Mark Roberson, vice president of logistics and field operations; Michael Murray, vice president of operations and Gena Kay Dixon, vice president of DAVACO Sourcing.

Previously, Mr. Chase served as the director of field operations providing program management, retail development and labor services for brand name retailers coast to coast. Mark Roberson served as the director of logistics and will continue to oversee all phases of field staff training and travel, job scheduling and tracking, equipment rental and temporary labor acquisition. Michael Murray oversees all aspects of DAVACO's cost management group. In his new role, Murray will focus on company growth and business development, as well as the management of the cost management, design and site survey groups.

Gena Kay Dixon has served as the director of DAVACO's sister company, DAVACO Sourcing for over a year. DAVACO Sourcing is the industry's most extensive online sourcing and procurement resource with average cost savings in excess of 22%. Dixon will continue to oversee account management and sales, as well as focus on the development and deployment of business processes and procedures that will improve bottom line results for both the company and its clients.
