Gregg Morrison named Vice President of Product Merchandising

Dallas, TX (April 6, 2005) DAVACO, Inc., the national leading provider of retail services, announces Gregg Morrison has been promoted to vice president of product merchandising. In this role, Morrison will be responsible for DAVACO’s hard-line product merchandising services to further develop and expand the current program offerings, as well as leverage services among the other divisions of the company.  Morrison reports directly to Mike Murray, vice president of operations.

With over 18 years of operations, sales and new business experience, Morrison joined DAVACO in 2003 as the director of product merchandising. Morrison was previously employed with Huffy Corporation, holding positions such as director of new business development, director of sales and national operations manager. Morrison was most recently employed as a consultant for DirecTech, Inc., where he helped facilitate the early stages of a consolidation and strategic alliance with a Fortune 200 Company.

Morrison is a graduate of the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management/Northwestern University and the University of Illinois, where he earned a master of business administration and a bachelor of science in industrial distribution management, respectively.
