Dallas, TX (October 24, 2005) – DAVACO, Inc., the national leading provider of retail services, announces today that Stephanie Stauffer has joined the company as the vice president of human resources. In this role she will be responsible for driving the company’s business performance through the development and delivery of people-related programs including employee relations, organizational development, staffing, benefits, compliance, training and compensation. She will report directly to Gerry Geddis, president and chief operating officer.

Stauffer joins DAVACO with over 17 years of strategic and tactical experience in all human resources functions, both domestically and internationally. Stauffer was previously employed with Moll Industries where she was director of human resources supporting the United States, Mexico and Ireland with over 1,300 employees. She also served as division director of human resources at Selkirk L.L.C and as a human resources consultant for Proctor & Gamble, Atmos Energy and The Associates.

Stauffer received a Bachelor of Business Administration in organizational development from the University of North Texas. In addition, she has completed executive management training and obtained specialized certifications in labor and employee relations and benefits. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Dallas Human Resource Association.
