DAVACO PROMOTES MARK ROBERSON
TO HEAD UP GLOBAL LOGISTICS AND CONSOLIDATION DIVISION
Industry Expert to Expand Domestic and International Retail Services Capabilities
DALLAS, Texas (August 23, 2006) – DAVACO Inc., the leading national provider of retail services and solutions, announces the promotion of Mark Roberson to vice president of global logistics and consolidation. In this new role, Mark will lead the company’s new global logistics and consolidation division which focuses on the overall movement and corresponding logistics of store assets and consumables including sourcing, importing, consolidation, warehousing, fulfillment, delivery, coordination of logistics, tracking of inventory and status on any project . Integrated with the company’s ability to manage and execute high-volume rollouts, retrofits, resets and new stores, the global logistics and consolidation division supports client needs by seamlessly coordinating all of the domestic and international details for store initiatives. These initiatives would include opening kits, promotional and seasonal graphics, fixture packages, owner furnished items and any other required elements needed at the individual store level.

Roberson joined DAVACO in 1990, as one of the company’s first employees. Over the years he has held various positions for the company overseeing all phases of field training, equipment rental and temporary labor acquisition, as well as the logistical management of field employees including job scheduling and tracking. Mark also directed the transportation, consolidation, warehousing and distribution for DAVACO clients. Prior to DAVACO, Mark owned and operated RobCo Construction, a regional general contracting firm that specialized in high-end residential and light retail construction for 14 years.
