Dallas, TX (January 14, 2008) – DAVACO, Inc., the national leading provider of retail and restaurant services, recently named Tom Sacco as director of the company’s restaurant operations. In this role, Sacco will lead the expansion of DAVACO’s restaurant business and oversee the team’s execution of remodel, re-image, new restaurants and special project programs for national and regional restaurant clients from a variety of foodservice segments, including quick service, casual and fine dining. Sacco reports to F.L. Chase, senior vice president of retail operations, of DAVACO, Inc.
