DAVACO Promotes Don Williams to Vice President of Retail Operations
Focuses on Unique Retail Needs of National Apparel Retail Brands

Dallas, TX (January 15, 2009) – DAVACO, Inc. (www.davacoinc.com), the national leading provider of retail services, announced today that Don Williams was recently promoted to the position of vice president of retail operations. In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing retail client teams servicing apparel brands, which includes coordination of project managers, estimating, billing and other support operations to assure the success of DAVACO's client programs.  He reports directly to F.L. Chase, senior vice president of retail operations.

Williams joined DAVACO in January 2006 as project manager and was promoted to director of retail operations in July 2007. Prior to DAVACO, he was employed with JC Penney as a project manager where he was responsible for managing in-store execution for over 1,000 stores, consulting on store environment issues such as floor layouts, advertising and promotional events, as well as coordinating the company's merchandise plans with territory sales plans to achieve profitable sales and inventory levels. During his tenure at JC Penney, Williams held a variety of other positions including store merchandise planner, assistant store manager, district business planning manager, and project manager.

Williams earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri in Columbia.
