DAVACO Relocates Corporate Headquarters
Steady Growth of National Retail Service Provider Prompts Expansion of Dallas Office
Dallas, Texas (December 6, 2004) — DAVACO Inc., one of the nation’s leading providers of retail services and solutions, announced that it is relocating its Dallas corporate headquarters in late December 2004. The company plans to double its office space at 6688 North Central Expressway, near the intersection of University Boulevard. As the largest tenant, DAVACO will have its name atop the building. The move will be complete the beginning of 2005.
Rick Davis, CEO of DAVACO Inc., stated, “Thanks to a steady increase in business, we now need more office space that will accommodate our current and future growth plans.” He continued, “With the increased demand of our unique retail services offering, we needed more room to bring on additional staff to service our growing list of customers.” Since the company was founded in 1990, originally as Fixture Perfect International, the company has sustained a consistent double-digit growth rate by providing retail services for clients such as Adidas, CVS Pharmacy, Gap, Home Depot, Limited Brands and Pier 1 Imports, among other leading national retailers.
Situated approximately 2 miles from its current location, DAVACO’s new headquarters will be housed in a 16 story building conveniently located near downtown Dallas and the city’s major freeways. DAVACO will occupy the 14th and 15th floors in the new location. The new offices will include state of the art conference facilities, computer aided design stations, an employee training facility and technology infrastructure capabilities to quickly and effectively communicate with clients and a nationwide network of field personnel.
DAVACO’s steady growth rate was recognized in November by Southern Methodist University for the third year in a row as one of the 100 fastest-growing private businesses in the North Texas area. In addition to the company’s expansion in Dallas, DAVACO recently purchased Cleveland-based National Construction Services to increase its nationwide coverage in the Midwest area.
