DAVACO CONTINUES SUPPORT OF RETAIL INDUSTRY EVENTS IN 2006
Leading Retail Service Provider Focuses Efforts at
WSA, MAGIC and SPECS
Dallas, TX (February 3, 2006) - DAVACO, Inc., the nation's leading provider of retail services, announced today that it will build on its existing presence within the retail industry in 2006 by continuing to support and affiliate with professional retail organizations and industry conferences. The company, which services a variety of national brands, says its management team is focused on broadening its leadership role and has already committed to a busy month in February with the World Shoe Association (WSA), MAGIC Marketplace and the Store Planning, Equipment and Construction Services (SPECS 2006) events.

Representatives from DAVACO's brand merchandising team will attend the World Shoe Association on February 10 -12, 2006 and MAGIC Marketplace on February 21-24, 2006, both in Las Vegas. The brand merchandising division, which offers soft-good merchandising services including full-service and supplemental coordinator coverage, vendor shop installations and surveys, attends these premier shows each year to "gain insight and visibility into the dynamic fashion industry, marketplace conditions, upcoming trends and associated challenges these fashion brands face," said Vandeven. "Being a part of these premiere events allows DAVACO to meet with brand representatives, understand needs and develop customize programs for the fashion industry."
DAVACO will also attend and exhibit at SPECS 2006 in Lake Buena Vista, FL, on February 26 - 28, 2006. This is DAVACO's first time to participate in the conference, which attracts nearly 1,000 attendees and includes three full-days of seminars that range from facilities management and big box construction to store planning and design. Located in booth #526-528, DAVACO is encouraging attendees to visit the booth to learn more about the company's expertise in high-volume rollouts, retrofits, resets, new stores and other retail services.
In addition to the upcoming shows, DAVACO has renewed its ongoing association memberships with such organizations as National Association of Retail Merchandisers (NARMS), National Association of Store Fixture Manufacturers (NASFM) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
