DAVACO Names Karin Sumrall as Director of Operations
Leading High-Volume Services Provider Adds Restaurant Expert to Management Team

Dallas, TX (October 9, 2012) – DAVACO, Inc. (www.davacoinc.com), the national leading provider of high-volume programs and implementation services for global brands, announced today that the company has added Karin Sumrall as the director of operations. Sumrall, a licensed architect and veteran retail and restaurant professional, will oversee the management and execution of high-volume programs for DAVACO's restaurant division. She reports to Don Williams, vice president of operations.

"Karin has over 18 years of experience in architecture, project management, site planning, design, development, tenant coordination and lease negotiations," said Gerry Geddis, president/COO, DAVACO. "She also brings a comprehensive understanding of the intricate and unique requirements of implementing programs in retail and restaurant environments working on both the brand and services side of implementing programs. Our clients will appreciate Karin and her team's ability to manage integrated, nationwide programs, while remaining steadfast in their commitment to quality, speed and consistency."

Sumrall previously directed design/construction programs for a national client as a project manager at Mays & Company. Prior to that, she was employed with The Woodmont Company as the director of development, where she was responsible for shopping center development and tenant improvement programs for a wide range of restaurant and retail chains. She has also held a variety of positions while at Brinker International for over 10 years, including director of property development, during which time she led the planning and execution of new restaurants for Chili's and On The Border. Sumrall holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Texas Tech University. She is a licensed architect and a member of AIA.
