End-to-End Turnkey Solutions
- Warehouse and inventory management of approximately 100 part numbers across a range of components (e.g. monitors, media engines, mounting brackets, cables, accessories, etc.).
- Configuration and activation of media engines by installation site and interior location.
- Kitting of store specific bill of materials, consolidation, and shipment to the installation site.
- Transportation of equipment to store site synchronized with installation team.
- Equipment installations including media engine swaps.
- Testing and verification of installation to ensure compliance across all locations.
