Disputes / Venue / Interpretation

User further agrees that any complaints filed within any other jurisdiction shall be immediately transferred and transferrable to a court as described above, and user agrees to reimburse DAVACO and its owners, shareholders, agents, officers, employees, member and managers for any costs they may each incur in defending against the complaint and/or transferring it as described above.
